Sweet G was born just five days ago, and her big 17 month old brother D is already getting a kick out of his new role as big brother. (Except that apparently he refers to her as his new dog…)

And I had to show you a few color ones, since it’s that festive red holiday time of year :) And I can’t forget to welcome these guys into my elite club of families with two under two!

Ho ho ho!

These guys are card carrying members of the “two under two” club, with a bonus 3 1/2 year old thrown in! Busy, busy, busy. And so much fun energy!
20 months old and 6 weeks old. So much love.

There’s something about the lines in this photo that I love. The artwork on the wall and the bedspread kind of tie it all up in a nice bow for me, too.

Kinda love the mayhem in this one.

Love that dad made this face at/with J:

And so did Mom :)

Dimple :)

Really fun to see you guys as always!

I might have an addiction to toe pictures, but I just adore them. This one would look so neat hung up huge in a bedroom :)

Tintin with dad:

So loving with his new brother!

Poke.

Kinda love how crazy this one is.

Zzzzz.

Really great to meet you guys!

Big brother W is eight and a half, and his new perfect brother N was only seven weeks old when we took these photos a few weeks ago. This means these guys are already fast friends, with little N already kicking W in the face with those strong little legs…

Killer dimples on big W:

He’s enjoying himself a ton with these guys:

Loving his mama:

Had a moment waiting while people put shoes on to go outside, and this guy seemed like he needed a new headshot:

I’m so honored you guys had me come out to celebrate N’s arrival, thank you.

As W tickles N’s foot with his hand in a cast… the expressions in this one just tell such a sweet story.

And lastly – I love Mom’s hand on W’s head here:

I met big girl T a few years ago when she was just a few weeks old, and her sister C joined the family just a week before our photoshoot, so I got to do another newborn shoot with these guys. Isn’t she beautiful? This lovely lady even smiled :)

Her big sister T still wasn’t quite sure what to make of her…

Checking out the toes…

T got to do some fun jumping on the Rody…

Pointing out her ears…

Wonderful to see you guys again!

I met these handsome boys two weekends ago, big 22 month old brother P, and little three week old brother N; and I was so impressed by how much attention P was lavishing on N. I can only imagine the buddies they’re going to become in the next few years. It’s so exciting for me to get to see the beginning of a relationship like theirs :)
They’ve joined the ranks with many other fantastic families in my two-under-two club. When I get to do a two-under-two shoot I am always excited for the challenge and ready to roll with it. Never know what’s going to happen! These guys were just wonderful. I think this was my favorite moment, though:

Except maybe when P wanted to share his car with N:

We even got a moment of a smile from little N!

This one is just such a sweet art shot with his little hand hiding his face, I had to share…

Building a block tower with Daddy:

It was such a pleasure meeting you guys!

This seating arrangement was the brothers’ idea – isn’t it great? Little sister T loved it too :) Biggest brother A is eleven, middle brother N is eight (turning nine very soon) and new sister T was just six weeks old when we took these pictures a couple of weeks ago.

She gets loads of love from the boys.

Much cuddling and playing…

She won’t want for attention in her family, I bet!

Smiling with her pretty mama:

And Daddy making it all better:

It was wonderful meeting you all, thank you for having me!

I haven’t seen these guys since little brother C was born, but now he’s big brother C – to a beautiful little bow-wearing sister :)

Introductions all around – biggest boy R:

Newly minted, formerly little, now “big” brother C:

And pretty girl K:

I think she looks like her mama:

And she had to show off her tongue, of course:

The girls…

And the boys :)

Fun all around:

Until someone decided she wasn’t having as much fun anymore. But you did such a good job! I loved getting to meet tiny K, and thanks for having me back to meet her, guys!

I should start by introducing his handsomeness, Mr. B:

YAWN…

Teenie tiny on the big bed:

Tiny toes…

Wonderful to meet you guys – congratulations!

A kiss? From a big brother who isn’t even two years old yet?
Rare. And when it happens, and you also get curly eyelashes and an adorable three month old sticky-uppy do and sweet little splayed fingers… awesome.

Love this, nothing beats playing in my sister’s crib while she snoozes…

Great to see you guys as always!

Favorite, favorite, favorite! I love this one so much.

But this one’s pretty great too.

Wait, wait, I actually love this one a lot too.

The curls on big sister aren’t to be believed.

And the grins on little brother are pretty fantastic too.

These two are really close in age – less than 2 years apart. So although when we did these photos big girl K was (just barely) 2, I’m sneaking them into my two under two category for this blog post, because I know what a challenge it is for parents who have children that close in age, and it’s fun to see photos of other families who’ve done the same.

Great to see you guys again!

Twice the babies means twice the gorgeous pictures! I adore taking pictures of twins, and newborn twins are just too perfect.
These guys were 5 lbs each when I met them last weekend, just home after a couple of weeks in the hospital. A beautiful girl and a gorgeous boy.

Sweet girlie toes to start:

Ladies first:

And handsome brother’s next:

Some of the expressions we got were too fun not to post:

A bum shot, of course:

Loving their parents:

And I love that both babies seem to be grinning in this one – hilarious!

Ow! You’re biting my cheek with your… um, well, with your gums…
I loved meeting you guys, thanks for introducing me to your beauties.

Big sister smooch pictures are my favorite. Can we please do this one huge on a wall canvas for your bedroom or somewhere? I adore it. Look at that little ponytail curl!

Awww, my sister is so nice to me ;)

Except when she does this…

Lovely girls! Wonderful to see you guys. Thanks for having me out – I love love love new babies and their big siblings pictures, I can’t say it enough.

Big brother H I got to meet when he was a mere 12 hours old, but this time I had to wait a few days to meet new sister L – my vacation schedule got in the way :(
But doing it after these guys got home from the hospital was even better – light is prettier at home, and we got so many sweet pictures. And I’m happy to welcome them to the elite club I like to call “two under two”. They join some other fabulous families – and even though big H is turning 2 in just a couple of weeks, I think it’s exciting to mention that they’re part of this cool crew.

Both sets of grandparents in the same place at the same time? Must be documented.
Love love love you all. Truly my extended family, and I was honored to document the beginning of your family-of-fourness.

Welcome, darling, darling girl. We love you, and my girls can’t wait to make mischief with you and your big wonderful brother. And how, oh how, did I walk out of the house without a new baby snuggle? That’s the best part of my friends having babies – I usually remember to put down the camera and get some baby time – but I think the heat of the day and the excitement of meeting this sweet lady got the better of me and I stayed in standard work mode and totally forgot to get my snuggle. We must see you another time very soon! xo

I have a special place in my heart for sisters who are five years older than their little new sisters. I am the big sister in this same arrangement in my family, and I have these really strong memories of my parents bringing home a little monkey-like being from the hospital… so every time I meet a family like this, I am excited for the girls to be best friends some day and have these pictures to look back on.

These toes look small when you think this is mama’s hand. When you realize it’s big sister K’s hand, the toes all of a sudden are teeeeeeenie!
