Crazy and awesome. Or crazy awesome. Both, actually.

If you’re a peruser of my blog you’ve seen these faces before.  For many years – and I love that their family gets crazier and more awesome every time I see them.

Chicken-fight!

Love all four expressions here:

Really love this one.

Crazy dancing:

We’ll do oldest to youngest:

And wait for it…

Pow. Gorgeous, eh?

You guys rock, as always.  See, Jackie?  I totally didn’t mention the fistfight. I’m good that way.

Soooo embarrassing

There definitely comes a point when what I ask my clients to do shifts from “fun, quick and crazy” to “soooooo embarrassing”. When this happens depends on the kid, but in this case it happened for 7 year old Z about ten minutes into the shoot.  Makes her have the best expression here, though!

I think of it as a challenge, though.  ;)

The shadows here are so cool in the afternoon sun:

Fun to run around with you guys!

Four sets of incredible eyes

I’ve adored documenting these guys as their family’s expanded over the years.  Now they’ve got these four sets of eyes that make for such incredible pictures!

Just the twins:

And in no particular order:

Warming up by the fire:

Loved seeing you guys.  And don’t hate me for posting this adorable shot of all six of you – even with hand placement as it is… I mean, these things happen.  They crack me up when they do – and sometimes I just have to post it to give you guys a giggle. Hehe.

Three zipping around

Cracking right up :)

The curls and the dimples on little L kill me :)

Loved seeing you guys as always!

Big sister love

You guys, this is one of those ones that would look so neat printed big up on the wall in your bedroom!  I love this sweet sweet moment.

They already have such a great time together :)

S loves to help A when he’s taking off his jammies (and apparently he loves it too):

Loved seeing you guys again!

Halloween at Music Together

Music class is always awesome, and when Halloween coincided with our weekly Monday music class at Old Colony Music Together, I knew it made sense to bring the camera.

Hilarious.  (Mine’s the kitty with her back to us here.)

They’re free to participate however they like.  Either with instruments:

Or in a more relaxed way… (this cracks me up)

This princess wins the prize for best expression of the day:

My kitty, tongue (literally) in cheek:

Great fun, every week, but especially so when they’re costumed ;)

These pretty girls are getting SO big

Fourteen and twelve? Come on! When did (I) they get so old??

And gorgeous??

Smooching the pup:

This one is so sweet, I love how quiet it is…

I had so much fun with you guys, thanks for having me!

Speedy little dude

So for those of you who know this guy, you might have a sense of just how FAST this whole photoshoot was.  His energy is fantastic and amazing, and he’s one lucky dude to have parents and grandparents who can keep up with him :)  You know what, though? I love this one best, when he left the more staged setup on the chaise and came and sat down in the front.  Awesome.

We had a couple of quiet moment before he zipped away…

And then off he went.

Quickest hug ever:

Love the energy in this one:

So fun to get to know you guys! Thanks for having me :)

A boy and his pup

This little 16 month old guy had such fun crawling all over his friend the pup – their relationship was very sibling-esque.

I won’t do too much commentary… but first I have to show you the handsome:

And the extraordinarily super fun: (isn’t this picture actually loud when you look at it?)

Had to give you a beauty shot of the pup too:

These are some of the best photos of my grandson that I have seen. The photographer has established a great rapport with him. He actually seems to be flirting with the photographer.

Welcoming a new sweet boy

I met 2 year old C when he was his teenie new brother’s age.  And now look at him.  All growed up :)  I’ll let the photos tell the story here – these guys were just perfect.

Handsome as the dickens!  And really only 2 1/2 weeks here.

It was a gorgeous day, we had to pop outdoors just to grab one family shot with the leaves behind…

Loved, loved seeing you guys.
